Tranter offers the firm’s public sector and non-profit clients critical insight into the often confusing and highly complicated congressional appropriations process – from concept development to congressional testimony and legislative advocacy. She serves as primary liaison to federal policy makers on a number of high priority infrastructure development programs, including the multibillion-dollar FAA remake of U.S. Tranter is frequently called on to advise and brief Members of Congress and committees on critical public policy initiatives and to provide analysis into complicated issues impacting airport development projects. She joined the firm’s Federal Relations Group in 2007 and has focused on representing clients in the areas of infrastructure/transportation development, aviation, environmental policy, energy research, and public safety/criminal justice.
